*ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:

• 3- Conference Folder or Bag
• 4- Participation in the technical program
• 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
• 6- Printed Proceedings
• 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
• 8- Lunch on the presentation day
• 9- Banquet

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following four steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical presentation. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional papers registration.

Registration fees.

Get an Additional discount for Group Registration of 10% of more than 5 papers or Listeners.

In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers a discount fee will be applicable of the total fee for each additional paper.(only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

The regular fee will be charged up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 30 additional pages will be charged.

Note: Bank transfer takes longer time for confirmation (5 to 15 working days)

Step 3 - Copyright Transfer and Registration form
Authors need to sign (for the individual paper) registration Form, and email that PDF/JPG/PNG format to our official email id only: info@researchfora.com before the Last date of Registration only. 
Step 4 - Camera Ready Paper submission

Submit the Full paper in double column format (Sample Paper) and must be submitted in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format so that the necessary editing can be done for the Conference Proceeding book publication.

If the author is NOT able to format our team will provide the formatting facility without any extra charges.

Step 5 - Registration confirmation form Organizer.

Once you submit the Registration form, Camera Ready Paper and Payment proof to our official email info@reseachfora.com.Our Coordinator will reply to you within 2 working days of your registration Confirmation.

Visa invitation letter: After Payment confirmation We can provide you the Visa Invitation letter to attend the conference if required.

After the Last date of Registration Our Coordinator Will Provide you.

• Venue of the conference
• Timing of the presentation
